Building Use and Rental Information

Due to increased demand and use of space at the Helena Indian Alliance, the following fees will be applied to cover the time of maintenance, custodial and other staff members.  HIA has previously worked well with past groups utilizing the space, but it has come to our attention that all activity requires some staff time.

Price per day:
  • Security Deposit                 $100
  • Gymnasium/Kitchen            $75
  • Board Room                       $45
  • Large Classroom                 $50
  • Small Classroom                 $45
  • Audio Equipment                $25
  • Projector                            $50
  • IT Staff/Assistance              $75

 

Please note: Portions, or all, of the **Security deposit will be forfeited if damage, extra maintenance, or extraordinary cleanup occurs.  For damaged equipment, graffiti, plumbing damage in restrooms beyond the value of the security deposit will result in additional charges for the value of items.  Helena Indian Alliance will determine these fees.  If there are no issues, then the Security Deposit will be refunded approximately two weeks after the event.
